Gascogne is the land of d'Artagnan, who inspired Alexandre Dumas's character in The Three Musketeers. Well, think of this wine as the Two Musketeers – the grapes Ugni Blanc and Colombard.
Working together, arm in arm (if grapes had arms, of course), to bring you flavors of white peach and melon (but not too fruity) and a crisp citrus finish. All for one and one for all, indeed.
Try it with: Grilled cheese sandwich with goat cheese and olive tapenade, fish/seafood piccata, appetizers, chicken salad sandwich, etc.
