This smells like Sauvignon Blanc. It tastes like Sauvignon Blanc (with a bit of weight and minerality) and yet there isn’t a drop of Sauvignon Blanc in this wine. This delicious white is a combination of Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chardonnay and Gros Manseng. Crisp and minerally with nice stone-fruits in the background, this is the perfect wine for the warm summer months or after a vigorous snow-shoveling.
Try it with:
Poached salmon, sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese, light appetizers, chicken salad sandwich
This smells like Sauvignon Blanc.  It tastes like Sauvignon Blanc.

I just tried this at a wine tasting tonight. Did not think I was much of a wine drinker but this is very good. For some reason reminds me of a favorite sherbet flavor from when I was a kid.
