Mendoza has a unique microclimate which allows the cultivation of grapes with little or no pesticide use. Due to the high altitude and low humidity, it doesn’t normally face the typical problems of insects, fungi, molds and other diseases that affect grapes. This enables organic wines to be more easily produced in the Mendoza region compared to others.
Eucalyptus, mint and spice dominate the nose with cocoa and dark fruit on the palate. Ripe plum and dark berry emerge alongside good acidity and firm tannins. Give an hour of air to calm the tannins and you’re rewarded with a great example of Argentinian Cabernet
Here we add information on wines as they come in. We will try to keep up with out-of-stocks and vintage changes but we make no promises. For the most up to date information call, email or stop by. Cheers!
