This wine has the style and craftsmanship of a cherished first-edition book. 100% Monastrell grown on old, low-yield vines still planted on native root- stock. Harvested and bottled by the oldest estate in the region, in a buildingwith a previous life as a monastery dating back to the 16th century.
All that history creates a charming little wine. Bright and concentrated plum and pomegranate fruit exist alongside a warm fig note. On the palate, immerse yourself in lively acidity, black pepper, earthy minerality, and light chalky tannins.
Here we add information on wines as they come in. We will try to keep up with out-of-stocks and vintage changes but we make no promises. For the most up to date information call, email or stop by. Cheers!
