The Pecchenino wine estate dates back to the 1700s and has always been a family-run operation. The area of Dogliani is especially suited to the cultivation of the Dolcetto grape and 70% of the estate's vineyards are dedicated to it.
Wet earthy notes on the nose with a touch of floral and red and dark fruit. On the palate, we get notes of black currants, dark cherry and plum, with licorice, nice minerality, good acidity and firm tannins. Best with 30 minutes to an hour of decanting.
Here we add information on wines as they come in. We will try to keep up with out-of-stocks and vintage changes but we make no promises. For the most up to date information call, email or stop by. Cheers!
