Translated literally as “Black Sheep,” Oveja Negra wines intend to stand out from the flock. The wines are made from hand-harvested fruit that is sustainably and estate grown in the Maule Valley.
Rich dark berry fruit is present on the nose and palate with green and black pepper, nice oak adding weight and some tannin on the finish. This wine could benefit from 30 minutes to an hour of decanting.
